Although orders may ship sooner. Pre-Made designs can take 5-7 business days to process. Custom designs can take 7-10 business days to process. Business days are Monday-Friday. Shipping happens after processing time. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days once the order has shipped. Delays are to be expected during COVID-19 as well as holidays.

After ordering you will receive an email that your order was received. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email that your order has been shipped along with your tracking information.

You will only receive an invoice for some custom items that are not listed on the website or for bulk items. All other purchase can be made through the online store.
